WORK, WORK, WORK

It's More Fun in the Philippines:

• We went to Tagaytay and enjoyed the scenic views and amusement rides. It was a great way to spend our rest day!
• A bat snuck into our apartment the other night. I woke up to it flying back and forth trying to find its way out. I jumped up holding my pillow on my head (as I was afraid of replaying the rabies scene from The Office in which Meredith is attacked by a bat.) Using a broom I swung at the bat and directed it to the open window in which it then quickly escaped back outside.

I have been working crazy hard this past month, and especially this past week. I've been crazy tired, but I keep smiling and keep working. Yesterday for example we pumped out 11 lessons and 48 testifying contacts to new people. For those of you that don't know, that is a crazy high amount of lessons in a single day. Ultimately, I just know that this time in the mission is extremely short, and I need to utilize every second and every ounce of energy to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that God loves each and every one of us. He loves you. My goal is to share His love to every person that will listen to my words.

WEEKLY CHALLENGE: Ultimately, there is no better substitute to working hard. So this week when you feel like you have no more energy, get up, and give a little bit more.
